    I placed my first order from Madewell because of this promo. Thanks Gigi! However, due to the fact that one of the items is final sale, I called for measurements. According to CS, since the item is from one of their partners, they don't have the measurements! Come on now, they only have a few partners/collaborators! How hard is it to get the measurements from their partners?

      st - That's weird. I've gotten measurements for items that were partners. I think almost all of the labels don't say Madewell inside, a la Anthropologie. I would try someone else if that happens again. Hope your items work out :)

      I had the same thing happen to me. I think most of the labels they carry are in-house brands, but some of them, the ones where they list the brand in the item name online, are partners (Penfield, Attic and Broom, etc). They agreed to get me the measurements by sending my request tot he warehouse which took a couple of weeks for a response. They did agree to honor the extra percent off sale price for me if the item was not sold out by the time i got the measurements and decided to purchase, so you should ask if they will do that for you.

    I called for measurements on a collab item before and when they didn't have the info they made a note the item could be returned.

    I used this promo to re-order jeans. I tried calling Madewell customer service to see if they would do a price adjustment and save us all the trouble of the return, but they couldn't/wouldn't apply the 25% promo, so I re-bought the jeans and will return the others.

    I am also trying those Bed|Stu loafers and the boat shoes, a bit out of season but the price is good enough now.

    My size in the fringed sandstorm boots were sold out online--they price matched for me in store and gave me the student discount. What a steal!
