"Looking to LOVE" with J.Crew

  1. I was on the other end of J Crew's exemplary customer service this week, never in all of my shopping history have I been catered to so swiftly, politely and with such focus.
    J Crew? Mickey? Just tithe me now because you've got me for life!

  2. My PS shopper was AWESOME and honored the store price on the neon pink Rain Drop lace top. She issued a credit for almost $50! Woohoo!

  3. There was a big update to the sale section this morning - many new items are on sale/promo, including some items where new colors have gone on sale.

  5. Like Cate O said, there are a lot of new items on promo this morning, including the Collection Icon Trench, Schoolboy blazer in eylet, and Silk Bow Cami. I updated the Women's Promo-Priced Items list and posted it here. I'll have the updated Men's Promo-priced items list posted a little later today, too. :)

  6. I drive to the Malibu Lumber Yard location (California) which is 40 min away because the store is amazing and the girls there are so lovely. It's nice to walk into a jcrew where the people working there are actually excited to be around all the clothes and show you what's new.

  9. I recently needed to exchange an item, but instead was reimbursed and charged return shipping. I called a customer service rep who was very nice and not only corrected my order and reimbursed the shipping, but also sent a $5 gift card. While $5 is not a lot, I really wasn't expecting anything.

  10. My seersucker schoolboy blazer was backordered until July. Guess what?! It came last week and I was charged $60 less than what the jacket was supposed to have cost! This has happened before- if something is on backorder and then goes on sale in the meantime, JC always automatically lowers the price, which I LOVE them for!
