  6. Off topic, I snagged the Pilar paisley perfect shirt in size 10 on sale popback and was going to alter it (I'll spare the details) but decided I don't like the coloration on me. The thing is perfect. I'm sending it back on Thursday morning. If anyone wants it, email me, my email address is in my profile. I paid $29.99, the thing is so lightweight I'm sure the shipping would be only a few dollars.

  9. Is J Crew's web site down? I was going through my bookmarks checking items and now I can't see any of the pages, I'm getting a 403 Forbidden. Weird.

  11. I can't access J Crew's main page or any other pages using Firefox. I can get to the main page and some sale pages via IE but can't see individual items.

  14. ajr, can you navigate the sale section properly? Can you change the sort order of the products and switch categories? And see details of individual items? I can't.

  16. Ugh. I called J Crew and was working with a representative on the issue. We were walking through the same steps and suddenly I was able to see products again. She said they were doing updates and maybe that was what caused the problem. She gathered some info from me (browser, OS, type of internet access) and said she'd pass on the info to the IT team. I thought everything was OK but now I'm back to not being able to see products again. I should take this as a sign: go to bed. :)
