FFM- re: sequin chiffon shell, i think it is TTS. i am always a 0/xs in tops (32A and petite). this was a little baggy in the chest, but shoulders and waist were TTS.
ReplyDeleteeveryone looking at this top... it is beautiful looking, but fairly uncomfortable to wear. the sequins were sort of rough and my hair kept getting stuck in them. the sequins were also kind of dull IRL.

Hi FFM! In regards to the sequin tank, I had it and returned it. I thought it was beautiful but very delicate. The sequins were already coming loose before I purchased it. I wonder if ordering on-line would be best since it hasn't been handled? I also felt it ran TTS. It is very form fitting so if I would have kept it I would have to had worn spanx under it (I'm an apple so I carry all my weight in my midsection). Hope that helps! Take care!

The sequins on the shell fall off in little pulls leaving them hanging. SA's even know this was an issue. Please don't go crazy if yours isn't doing this but the SA's have had them returned due to this problem.

Chiffoncupcake... It kinda looks like the silk taffeta pop on mini which was from spring... or summer? 2008. It still shows up on the website sometimes. Then again, It has that weird pleat or something going on, on the model, so I'm not sure! That's the closest thing I can come up with.

JBIRD: I got the Jamie weeks ago in Honey glaze and returned it coz it really didnt appeal that much to me. However after having read the raving reviews of the JCAs I decided to purchase it but got it in the burnt sienna. I LOVE IT!!! I am not sure if the way that the dye changes the leather has an effect but the burnt sienna looks amazing!!!! It does not look like the pics. It looks more like the LV handle that has aged a bit. I mean it looks like its worth the original price. The honey glaze didnt give me that impression at all. HTH.
