I know it's a long shot but I have a pair of grey/white tweed flats with a green velvet ribbon around the edge that I bought two years ago. I absolutely love them and have worn them out. Does anyone still have any of those somewhere...somehow? Size 7 or 7 1/2 :)

Anonymous @ 8:12 AM - The owner of this blog is an educator who also has a family. I believe she sometimes travels for work and has also moved a couple of times in the past few months. It's unfortunate you had to make such an uncouth comment. I have seen something posted almost every single day. Sometimes there 2 or 3 posts on a given day. Gosh, it's a fan website, for heaven's sake. I save my frustrations for something BIG, like the sub prime loan financial debacle or dealing with insurance companies while one's mother is dying from cancer. Since she is the owner, she decides when and what articles to post. Most of us here are grateful that she takes a large portion of her time to dedicate to this "hobby" of ours. In addition to posting/writing the articles, she has guest bloggers like FFM who give reviews and create wardrobe combinations. jillian - I just got the rosette cashmere cardigan at the Reston, VA store. They had a whole shipment of them 1-2 weeks ago. I know for sure they had the light orange color (not pictured online or in the spring catalog). It's closer to a light tangerine. It's soooo soft! It's very snug fitting and cropped, so size accordingly.

jillian, i saw rosette cardigans at J. Crew at Rockefeller center. I'm not sure which color the carrot is since i've seen this sweater in two shades of orange, dark and a lighter color. I saw the lighter color at the J. Crew at Rockefeller about two weeks ago.

I have the chiffon rose t in an XL in black, I wore it twice. I washed it inside out, in a lingerie bag, on gentle cycle and line dried and it came out just fine. The care tag says to wash or dry clean (not dry clean only as some have thought). I am seriously considering selling it as I just don't think it is my style. I paid full price and shipping. Is anyone interested and want to make an offer before I sell it on eBay?

ReplyDeleteI have the Sea Glass Piper Tank in a size 4 NWTs up for grabs. I did iron it on low just to get the creases out and see how it looked and fit. I just don't like to wear the brighter colors but it is so pretty that I think someone should wear it! I do not have the plastic bag that it was shipped in anymore, but the tags are in tact. It does fit more like a 6 as others have mentioned.

Just wanted everyone to know I am selling a Jamie Bag- The one in calf-skin leather with the tassels. It is in burnt sienna and is brand new with tags. I never even took it out of the bag.
