  1. Order placed last week, shipped immediately, got it four days before anticipated.
Order place Saturday, still hasn’t shipped.

    1. same. 1/5 things I ordered on Sunday have shipped and I got the email this morning that my "order is on schedule."

Also - when I pull up the quick view on items in the sale section, the page shows 40% sale with GOSALE but it would seem this is not an active code yet...perhaps a glimpse of what's up after the 30% off. And I agree with previous posts - pricing is all over the place...

    2. Gosale is a code for factory website.

    3. My order from Sunday still sitting in "processing" status. Shipping has been so slow. On a different matter, I got the "we'll do it for you this one time" when I went to the store to return something that was a Christmas present. The SA wanted to remind me that the return policy was 30 days. I mentioned I thought there was extra time granted for the holidays but she knew nothing about that. Seriously miss the more generous return policy. From now on, if I'm not 100% sure on something, I'll just immediately return it.

  2. Losing interest fast - prices way too high in sale section, especially for old stuff. Fabric content is terrible, new items uninspiring, no wishlist, no reviews - What on earth does JC have going for it? I did order from the men's collection during 60%off - but nothing else.

    1. I echo those sentiments. I was looking at some of the tops and thinking, do I really want to add another poly top to my wardrobe? I’m trying to be a little more conscientious about that.

  3. I am sad to say that the last piece of "old" J. Crew, their customer service, has gone the same way of their quality, their prints and their overall design. It was mostly what was keeping me a loyal customer. I really miss the made in Italy shoes, the substantial silk and the really soft cashmere!

  4. I purchased AB958 the wool cashmere coat for one of my employee’s daughter. Fortunately I had it sent to myself. Arrived thrown in a bag, dusty, lint etc. Going back. Too bad nice design, it ends there. Not soft at all.

  5. I have given up waiting for the wish list to return. In my opinion there is no legit reason why it should be taking THIS long for the feature to return. I'm also losing interest fast.
