Seek & Find: Will you visit J.Crew this Weekend?

This is the weekly "sale watch" post, to help each other find sale items at our various local J.Crew stores. ;)

If you are stopping by a J.Crew store this weekend to see what's available (if anything!) in the SALE, or to see some NEW ARRIVALS {sigh!} in person, maybe you might be willing to share that with us in this post. In particular, if you could share with us a few of the noteworthy items that are available, at what prices, and potential sizes the store is carrying (as well as the store location)- that would be fantastic!

Also, please let us know if your local store is carrying an additional percent off sale. Thanks in advance!!! :)

P.S. I noticed that many of you have already been reporting sale items (and in which stores) in other posts which by the way "thank you!" :) I really appreciate how helpful we are for each other!

  1. I’m so disappointed. I received the Madewell high rise leather skinnies today. One pair has a big rip in the butt. The leather is peeled off the lining. It’s thinner than plastic wrap. The second pair in the larger size it stitched weird and the front is all puckered. For pants that are $400 this is unacceptable. Even at 275 after discount it’s not acceptable.
What the heck is going on with quality control?
I sent a DM as soon as I received them. Haven’t heard back yet but they’re going back.

    1. Ugh, maybe they were returns that shouldn't have been resold.

    2. Well that’s possible, but the quality is not good, even if CS was willing to send me another pair after they received the return. Honestly I’d be concerned the leather would peel right away.

    3. Ralph Lauren has dark brown leather skinny pants on their website right now that are on sale. They come to approximately $400, marked down from $1000. Not sure if you're in the market for dark brown leather pants, but they're definitely gorgeous quality. Debating them myself.

    4. Agreed, I wouldn't bother either.

OT, I wore my 15.99 light tan Nordic boots from last year's shoe clearance. As comfy as slippers! Looking for excuses to wear every day to work.

    5. I love my Nordic boots. Wore them today. I wear them with and without socks. So warm. Will def get more if they are available end of season.

Heather that sounds great but dark brown is not a color I really wear. I’ll take a look though.

    6. Heather I am stopping myself but they have red leather pants too for the same price. Red. Leather. Pants.
I don’t need to spend $400 on red leather pants.

  2. Hi everyone. I have built this app to track items on the Jcrew website (for popbacks) and looking for feedback. Could you check it out and let me know what you think? https://trackket.com/landing

  3. I viewed your website. Layout could be more refined and detailed. Not too friendly for Safari users. No privacy options/statement. What is the payment method for? Direct purchases through you connected to the listed store or do you have to pay to have access to your site? To repeat, I also have privacy concerns as there is no transparency or info listed other than your llc. Who are you? About me or your company.Going through Apple’s App Store would be a win for me as well as addressing those
privacy concerns. I am not fond of Google again, privacy issues and only use gmail for junk mail retailers I use infrequently. Just my humble opinion and by no means wish to hurt your wonderful attempt. Great idea, spend more time and you will succeed. Rome wasn’t built in a day:) All the very best. Hope to see your final product. Apologize for the written sloppiness, I am at a Xmas party at the moment and wanted to give you a little feedback right away.
