  1. I love how there is the option to see an item on a variety of body styles. I feel like this helps me to decide on a purchase or not and is similar to the catalog (albeit not a replacement for the catalogs). I also love the free shipping lately!

  2. Love that there are new markdowns today and free shipping. I ordered the silk ruffle blouse in dot, striped perfect tee and toothpick jeans on both Charlesfield and Neil wash. I haven’t tried on any jeans from the crew in a while and my pants size has changed so I am guessing at what size will fit from the reviews. Hoping they work as they were about $30 each.

  3. I bought the new summer sweater blazer in camel last night and I absolutely love it. Not sure why I waited so long to purchase this. I took my regular size small and it's still relaxed more like a jacket. I'm wearing today with a striped tissue turtleneck (because...still cold in the northeast), navy sloan pants and the tortoise Collins loafers and gold jewelry. I already want another color!

    1. They had lots of size left this morning when I ordered. The Evie ballet flats were also on sale, but I don't really need another pair of flats I guess...

    2. @roguexgirl I got those as well! I love chunky heels for everyday and thought I should try them for the price. They look cute.

    3. Damn...if I didn't have the Sophia in black patent from last winter and also the lucite heel in black suede from last winter I'd get them. I'd love the yellow velvet, but I only see the black suede on sale.

    4. I'm with you Suz. Love the shape but I got the black suede Rivkas from madewell a few months ago and can't justify more black suede.

    6. They shipped my heels! Now I'm praying they would fit since I wear both 5.5 and 6 at Jcrew depending on the styles. I don't really need to spend the $, but I figure with upcoming interviews (soon-to-be newly grad), I should have something dressy yet comfy to walk around :). @eeps, will do once I got them - supposedly tomorrow!

    7. @eeps: Here's my take on the Evie ballet heels. Most of the times I wear 5.5 for Jcrew pumps/ loafers, sandals and pointy pumps sometimes I need 6. These feel snug, but not terribly so and I'm not sure if they'll stretch with wear. The lining is synthetic, not leather though, and I think I can feel the difference. The shoes also feel a bit stiff on the sole. I love the toe box though, sleeker than round toe yet more comfortable than pointy ones. I'm on the fence about keeping them. They're classic and will go with lots of outfits, but they're not as comfortable as how I knew Jcrew footwear to be (Jcrew are you cutting down on cost? :( ). My Cole Haan block pumps are more comfortable, but then they cost 4 times as much :).

  5. I purchased the gingham shorts in a 4 since the 6 were too big - don't even know why I thought I should size up. And a half dozen pair of socks for like $3.50 total - I'm going to hand out socks to the first six women friends I see just for fun! Thanks J. Crew for letting me play the good-socks-fairy.
