  1. Did anyone else receive a 25% off a $100 purchase + free monogramming + + free shipping email a few weeks ago? I used it last night on one of the classic merino v-neck sweaters in black - got my initials monogrammed in white, which makes my inner junior high school prep oh-so-gleeful. Hopefully the quality is decent because this is a piece I can see owning for ages! (Well, as long as my initials don't change, heeee.)

  3. Had great customer service yesterday at the Michigan Avenue store. Can't wait to see the new arrivals on Monday. Posted a few pictures from the February catalog on Instagram (shopalot712). Definitely a few things that I am interested in purchasing.

    5. Thanks @shopalot! I agree about the Deco floral print and the cherry striped top. Love!

I also really like the mirrored floral print that I saw on Ema's IG. Hoping the slit isn't too high on the skirt and that it comes in petite.

You both made my day!! I've been looking at too many gray, cloudy days and could use some pretty things to look at. Thanks again for posting the pics!

    7. Always appreciated it when others would post new photos. Really lucked out yesterday with that nice SA giving me a copy of the style guide. I am not at all tech savvy, so very happy that Instagram is pretty easy.

It's cold here in Chicago but sunny - yay! I can handle the cold; it's the gray that does me in. Have a GREAT day!

    8. Thanks for sharing! I can't wait to see the style guide - I'm very interested in the chateau rain coat and the floral print top. I was interested in the factory top that is somewhat similar but this one is so much better, glad I didn't bite on the factory version.

    1. Thank you for the pictures - fun to see some new stuff! I'm intrigued by the spring version of the Chateau coat - that bright red/orange color is calling my name.

  5. February catalog starting to upload on Pinterest. Only 4 men's images so far, but hellooooo, Clement (even though he looks like he may be featured in Drunk J.Crew for Dudes)!

  6. Kind of OT, but I would loooooovvvvvveeee for J.Crew to make sure their CS reps and VPS's located in Lynchburg, and their B&M store personnel in the Washington-Metropolitan area stay safe this weekend. 'Cause if you haven't heard, there's a blizzard comin' . . .

    1. JenniferD: How thoughtful! I feel the same way! One of my online VPSs called to let me know that the VA call center will be close tomorrow. I'm glad to hear that!

  7. I got the Chteau Parka in Stadium Cloth...I was lucky bc my store was selling a bunch of online returns in store and they had a petite of this coat. The sleeves are the perfect length. I tried dozens of coats this season and all had sleeves to long so this works well. Only negative is the double zipper makes it harder to zip but I have figured out how to get it zipped pretty quick. I also wore it for for the first time today and the fuzzies from the coat were all over my black purse after walking a bit. I sure hope this lets up after the coat stops being so new. But all in all I like it and the color is the mustard yellow and price was good. It cost around $145 in store.

  8. I'm wearing the
Shawl-Collar Long Cable Cardigan Sweater today for the first time (#e5666). I hope it doesn't turn out to be a pill-er, because I really love it. I don't know if it still pops back, but if it does, I sized down in it.
