  1. I recently moved across country and accidentally had my first post-relocation J. Crew order mistakenly shipped to my old address. Argh! When I called J. Crew, red-faced and expecting to have to re-order the items and hope that the new residents would be honest enough to return the parcel for eventual refund, I was told that the Crew could provide my new address to UPS so that the shipment could be redirected to my new home! Yay! It got here. Eventually. But no complaint on my end for their handling of something that was my own fault.

    1. This happened to me once but I was on the receiving end -- the previous homeowners had sent a package here by mistake. I called jcrew (knowing I easily could have done the same thing by mistake) and the cs rep was going to handle it and made it easy for me to return the items. I never heard from the previous owner, but I hope she eventually received her items. Most of the time, CS is pretty incredible! Glad you had a happy ending.
