J.Crew's March Catalog on Pinterest

"Thanks!" to many of you, who let us know that there are several images from the March catalog on Pinterest. (Click here for J.Crew on Pinterest.) The catalog is already available in J.Crew stores. Plus, it is being shipped out to customers via snail mail.

 *Such a cute picture!
 * I don't know how to make the running sneaker trend work for me. They make it look so effortlessly cool here.

 * Simple and gorgeous!

 * This whole outfit is giving me some 80's flashbacks.

 * My favorite photo from the catalog. Love it!

 * Why is she so upset?

*So the thing I love the most from this catalog is the Crewcuts dress on the far left. Why, oh why, did they not make this dress for women?!?

 * Per usual, the men's side is flawless.
Once again, I love the J.Crew location catalog! I was not overly impressed with the newest Spring arrivals, when they debuted on the website (& stores) last week. However, the catalog seems to present them in a new and exciting way.

What are your thoughts on the upcoming collection? Are there any pieces you are super excited about? Does your local store carry any of the new arrivals yet? If so, please share!

  1. Seems like the new promo is going to be 50% off selected items with code yaystyle which is currently appearing and disappearing from the website...

They seriously need to fix the website because its a mess.

    1. Dmitri - I love the Darby loafers. I think the pattern would be too busy for me, personally. I agree w/treating some prints as a neutral, but I don't know if I'be good with this particular one.

Will you wear them $70 worth? That's my $0.02.

    2. Ahh thank you for the sensible comments Gigi! I think this particular pattern would be too difficult for me to wear consistently. I have enough flats already anyway. But gosh they (and the eyelet Cleo's) are so pretty!

    3. I'm still waiting on the metallic eyelet Cleos to arrive. Will be reviewing :)

    4. I tried them but didn't like them on me. The eyelet felt funny on the inside (probaby wouldn't bother most people). I also think the pattern wasn't quite my style.

  3. I got the black schoolboy (8P), which nets $107 w/YAYSALE. I didn't want to risk it reverting to fp when the site flips.

Shop with the Irl Pic Guide.

    1. The schoolboy is still on promo. Price has increased from $178 to $188.

  4. Wow, it's amazing that new stuff out not a month or two ago is marked down already, and with the yaystyle promo stacked, come out to about 50% off the initial marked price.

  5. Has anyone tried on or purchased the merino trellis sweater, a1883? It says relaxed fit, so not sure if I should go with my regular size or not. At $30, it does look interesting, in between a sweatshirt and a sweater. TIA

  6. I'm with you Alexis. I just cannot get behind the trainers with everything. How do you even pull those off IRL?!

I ordered the Audrey suede pumps and they are going right back!

  7. I love this running sneakers trend! They fit my style really well. I'd wear them with cuffed jeans or any of J. Crew sweatpants/Saturday pants/etc. Not sure if I can pull them off with shorts, but I'll try :D

Alexis, the sweater in the picture you said was your favorite is great! It is truly oversized (I caved and bought it) so all the JCAs/bloggers who suggested sizing down were right on the money. It is thick and substantial and looks good wearing either side out.

I agree with you that that striped girls dress ought to be made in womens sizes!
