  1. JC, your website stinks. Every time I click on a different page, it changes my country. Your pictures are blown out beyond belief, and within the last week you've turned up the "sharpen" so much that it gives me a headache to look at your site.

    FIX IT

  3. That whole country thing was happening to me on my Iphone yesterday.

I am peeved beyond because my barely year-old dark blue matchsticks, which I loved!!, ripped along the knee while I was minding my own business, sitting on the couch, reading a book to my son. I wasn't even kicking a ball or rolling around on the floor. For jeans costing more than $100, I expect more, J. Crew. I have $50 Gap jeans that are standing up against time better than your pricier models.

  4. The new shipping mode is going to drive me nuts. The factory items ship from a city that is 25 miles from my house. I ordered some items on the 4th, they "shipped" on the 6th, they showed up in tracking on the 8th when they reached the town where I live, and now, 5 days later on the 13th, it says that the post office just received them this morning, which means they'll probably be delivered tomorrow. NINE days to ship something 25 miles, not to mention SIX days sitting here in limbo right here where I live.

  5. I purchased three of the Cambridge cable knit sweaters with the last promo. While the color of both are spot on and beautiful (the cream and port wine), the material is just awful. I cannot deal with rabbit hair. It feels gross, it sheds, and well, it is gross. I'm really disappointed because the style is so preppy and J.Crew but I am going to have to go elsewhere this year for cable knit classics. Off to L.L. Bean for me......
