  1. i have 7 or 8 pairs of minnie pants. my navy ones are defective and the bottom of the zipper rubs my leg. i literally have a scar there from wearing them. i finally got around to talking to cs on chat and she told me that it sounds like i'm too big for them and they're not defective. uh, really? i don't think so.

    1. wow Amber, that's bad! I think this needs to go higher than CS. I've been corresponding with a nice guy from yhe 24/7 email address that gets stuff done. Feel free to email me offline if you'd like his contact info. That is just poor CS and makes no sense!

  2. I was so aggravated by the "tiered sale" over the weekend with the fixed price off different sale levels, instead of a percentage off: I was shopping with my son and our first approach to the sales counter put us a few dollars below one tier and they suggested we get another item (if we wanted) to hit that level. So we did. BUT then it turns out (when looking at my receipt) that we were at $242, only $8 away from the next $25 off and no one said anything. Given the size of our purchase, and the fact we had just been willing to spend up to the next level (and beyond), that was an oversight on their part. The sign for the sale was NOT at the sales counter nor within sight and I couldn't remember the levels (which were $150/200/250). I am going to mention it to the SA who helped us. GRRRRR. Why can't they do percentage off?
