  1. I know there is quality problems, inventory and pricing issues, the web site is poor, but I love JCrew. I cannot find any retailer that works so well for me and my lifestyle. Nordstrom fills in where jcrew lacks but I have so many pieces in my wardrobe that I love to wear thanks to Jcrew. Merry Christmas everyone.

    1. I second that, Sara!

And add that I love all the promos... Even if I am totally shopped out. :)

    2. I have to agree. I have been very fortunate in that I have loved all of my purchases to date, knock on wood. I order online exclusively and I have always received my correct order and in perfect condition.

  2. I agree Sarah and Miss JR!!

Also, want to add that I am loving my new MacAlister Shearling Wedges in nut. They are SO comfortable; I wore them all day yesterday and I felt as comfortable as if I was wearing flats.

  3. I'm really loving the great promos they've offered this season, especially sans final sale. The 30% off and free ship, no min was awesome.

Also, I love the cashmere snood. I literally can't take it off and almost wore it to bed last night. ;)

  4. I am absolutely loving my Toothpick jean in Huron wash. I though that I'd have to give up on JC for jeans until I found these. The fit and fabric makes my bum look amazing. lol. I can't even say how long that I've been looking for geat fitting jeans without too much stretch or synthetic fabrics. Also, props to the Jean Shop skinny in Dark Wash at the higher-end side of the jean spectrum.

I took my usual size in the Toothpick and sized up in The Jean Shop.

  5. well, for someone who is really fussy, I have done quite well this season. I love being able to order at will, try on, and return what doesn't work in a store. I'm reminded, of my Mom's "ladies" at different department stores, who would send a bunch of things that they thought she might like, for her to try on privately at home, to see what she liked and to see what worked with what she already had. Painless. Well done, J.Crew.

  6. Warehouse Processing Returns Lightning Quick
Dropped off JCrew returns at UPS 12/18, received by JCrew dock 12/19, & processed by JCrew 2:30 a.m. on 12/21. Wooh! Fastest processing of returns ever (multiple orders)!
