  1. Just received the whisper linen tee in concord grape and LOVE it! It's thin but not sheer (website says tighter weave than last year's) and perfect for hot summer days. Bought in my regular size S (I wear a 2 in perfect shirts); could have sized down to XS but wanted a drapey fit.

Question for those who already own this: Does it shrink when laundered? It says to handwash, but wonder if I can use gentle cycle and dry flat?

    1. I gave a linen tee from 2 years ago and I dont think it shrunk or twisted on the wash. It has a slinky drape to it if u know what I mean. Have to get used to it. I'm considering the cowl neck tee in linen.

    2. Thanks Pathos. I've never had a linen tee before (only cotton) but I do like that slinky/slouchy drape -- helps hide my muffin top, kwim?! I may get another color if it goes on sale.

  2. After reading the blog yesterday and realizing I could have gotten an extra 30% off the skirt I bought from Final Sale TWO DAYS AGO - I called customer service and they credited my card for the % off! I was so pleased!

  3. See, I skipped the linen tee because I was afraid it would be too sheer -- I have one from last year and I have to wear a tank under it. Good to know!

I love the summerlight terry separates, especially the hoodie and the shorts (which are quite short and somewhat fitted, FYI.)

Also very happy to have acquired several Tippis and several pair of wool cafe capris to squirrel away for next fall/winter. The silhouettes will never go out of style, so they're investments to me.

During the latest % off promos I've picked up 2 new plaid boy shirts (which I need like a hole in the head, but I digress) -- the Barbados plaid flannel and the cotton Folly Plaid. Love love love them both, esp. the Barbados plaid -- the color is incredible and it's supersoft! Just really hoping it doesn't pill after washing. I found both to run TTS.

  4. Lovely CS allowed me to return a FS Jackie Cardigan with a spot on it. She put a note on the file, and when I arrived at the store to return, no issues! A new (hopefully defect free) Jackie is on its way to me, discount intact and shipping waived. One happy customer here.
