  1. I love my shirt in Indian voile. I'm petite but curvy and it is so hard to find shirts that are tiny enough for me but aren't too tight in the bust.

Keep up the good work with petites, J Crew!

    1. Rosie, I agree. I had purchased the Indian voile in regular size and then with a 20% off promotion I ordered in Petite. It is perfect, shoulders, sleeve and body length. I am hoping for a new promotion and get the linen shirt in petite.

  2. I love that all the sales associates in the Marlton, NJ store are so awesome and ALWAYS remember me when I stop in. They are the best.

I've been loving the spring sweaters and shorts. The colors are fab.

  3. I am loving the spindrift sweatshirt. I bought the navy before my vacation and it was the perfect weigth for breeze days at the beach, not thin as a tee but not really a sweater. I got the navy and it looked great with linen white shorts, casual but not too sweatshirt-y. Now let's hope that it doesn't fade or gets holes I the wash!

  4. We had a great visit to the Burlington MA Crewcuts last weekend. I found items from the new roll-out at 40% off (not FS), a much-longed-for sweater from last season in my daughter's size, and got a Crewcuts-only B&M rewards card, which I didn't know existed.

We had made the trip with hope that they might accept a return on final sale sneakers from a recent online promo, and they took them back without any drama. The staff was very nice.

JC - I would buy so much more for both women and kids if you had better located stores in Boston or Cambridge (believe me, the Cambridgeside Galleria doesn't count). Why do you have stores in Princeton and New Haven but not Cambridge?

Mickey - if you won't listen to me, please ask your daughter what she thinks of the JC B&M locations in Boston/Cambridge. :)

  5. I'm wearing one of my Jenna v-neck cardigans today, and I love them so much! They really are just perfect for me to wear over a dress at work, light enough so I don't get too warm, and I love the merino wool.

  6. I have another "love" shout-out for my personal shopper. I sent her an email last night about an issue I had with a phone order, and she fixed everything first thing this morning and sent me a personal email. What other company has that level of service!? Thanks, JCrew!

  7. OT but food for thought..so I live in Conifer, CO. On Monday we got the evacuation text and reverse 911 calls. So after all the essentials, animals, important papers, jewelry, etc you pack clothes. I started to pack, it's March should be cold and snowy but it's very warm. So going through my closet, it was hard..I have so many lovely things but I had to be realistic. I ended up with a mixture of winter/spring and summer, mostly J Crew. I had some new J Crew purchases never worn they made the cut and some old time favorites and some lovelies from JCAs that I purchased from The Weekly Exchange. The suitcase is still packed even though we are home in case we need to leave. Makes you think about what really are your favorite things...clothes wise anyway.

    1. Oh, Josanne, I'm so sorry that fire's affecting you! I'm up in Fort Collins, so it's nowhere near me, but I know people who's family members are. I hope they're able to get it under control more before the winds pick up again! Here's hoping you don't have to evacuate!

  8. I've received the last 2 issues of the catalog pretty close to the beginning of the month. This is special since I live in Canada, and in the past, I'd get them mid month. Yay for whatever JC is doing to expedite the mailing. But riddle me this...the April catalog is the "style guide" and honestly, I can't see how the format is any different from my other catalogs, except for the words printed on the cover page.

As for the prices for shoppers in Canada. Well, that's for another post/thread.
