(...While I was at the mall I did visit their Jcrew. (Not my usual location.) same table of wide leg crops with no black or ivory/ cream and looking at the price tag I realize the white on display is the denim which is $115 while the other ones are 89.50. The black and ivory ones I purchased Friday are on their way but I absolutely love the Everlane pants so they will really need to be fabulous for me to keep them instead.

I also ordered the white slingbacks. I’m not sure how I’ll feel about them, now that I remember the snakeskin version didn’t fit well. ...A follow up to something I posted a few days ago.
Slightly OT but I bought two pairs of gap leggings in February and after wearing them a few times found a hole. Then another one. I contacted CS and they weren’t as helpful as I had hoped. They told me to either go to a store and speak with a manager or send them back and they would decide how to proceed.
There was no way I was sending them back. Who knows what they would do. I sent pics of the holes so it’s not as though I was making It up.
I went to a store today and first they wouldn’t look up the receipt although I used my gap card, I needed to provide the shipping email, not even the order number.
Second they told me they would only give me the current sales price because it was more than 45 days. I didn’t get them until the second week of February the earliest.
It’s not like I just changed my mind. There are holes. I finally had to repeat several times how mortified I was to discover I was exposing my ass while I was at the gym due to the defective product. They couldn’t quite figure out how tO override the system to give me back what I paid and I asked if they couldn’t just give a random credit.

Anyway for all the quality issues we’ve had here I’ve never had an issue returning a product I felt was defective. 45 days is not long enough. It’s not like they’re the only leggings I own.

My recent gap purchases were mixed quality. One decent sweater. Many junky ones. My husband likes joggers I’ve gotten him. I will not be buying workout clothes there for myself again.Suz Hashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13861014424535094375noreply@blogger.com
