Guess that is what we are here to find out and discuss. I consistently wear a size 8 in JCrew clothing....tops and bottoms--skirts and dresses. That is why I like them so much. I can confidently buy a Medium or an 8 and it will fit. I haven't tried their dressier shoes; I have bought a ton of flip flops but I got my normal size in them and my fleece lined wellies...jagjag2https://www.blogger.com/profile/00694779930620516665noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1317882250647868056.post-55947786919806862992008-05-13T11:02:00.000-04:002008-05-13T11:02:00.000-04:00Also, a big "thank you" to the first poster [anony...Also, a big "thank you" to the first poster [anonymous at 7:42AM]. I hear you about sizes... especially ...Hey Allison! I hear you about sizes... especially when it comes to shoes & dresses. I can range from a size 0 to a 4 in dress size. Which is a huge issue when I buy online!

Unfortunately, I don't know 100% why their sizes range so much. I suspect it's due to the multiple manufacturers they outsource to. Different manufacturers may have different "sizing" measurements.

Also, for the question about returning an item from a "2 for $38" sale... absolutely you can! J.Crew might charge you the regular price of the item for the one you are keeping (since it is no longer 2 for $X amount). However, I have found through a past experience that they might not.Alexis {J.Crew Aficionada}https://www.blogger.com/profile/01823796392253094261noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1317882250647868056.post-44422493286336899012008-05-13T10:35:00.000-04:002008-05-13T10:35:00.000-04:00I have a question for you. Why can't their shoes, dresses, and pants, be more consistent with sizing. I've hesitated many a time before I purchase just trying to figure out if it will fit and I'm average sized. Do you know anything about this? Their shoes are especially bad.Allisonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16157650438870911732noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1317882250647868056.post-13112377351427081762008-05-13T07:42:00.000-04:002008-05-13T07:42:00.000-04:00I love your blog!!!!
